Arch City Granite & Marble are proud to be affiliated with the following organizations:
Marble Institute of America – For over sixty five years, the Marble Institute of America (MIA) has served as the authoritative source of information on standards of natural stone workmanship and practice and the suitable application of natural stone products.
Membership in the association is worldwide and includes nearly 2,000 natural stone producers, exporters/importers, distributors/wholesalers, fabricators, finishers, installers, and industry suppliers — all committed to the highest standards of workmanship and ethics.
MIA is also a leading promoter of stone usage in the commercial and residential marketplaces. MIA produces a number of consumer education materials on the use of natural stone and its proper care and maintenance.
St. Louis Better Business Bureau – With a vision of an ethical marketplace where buyers and sellers can trust each other, and a mission to be the leader in advancing marketplace trust, the BBB has created a community of trustworthy businesses, set standards for marketplace trust, encouraged and supported best practices, celebrated marketplace role models, and denounced substandard marketplace behavior in St. Louis.
Angie’s List – More than 1.5 million households nationwide check Angie’s List reviews to find the best local service providers, like roofers, plumbers, handymen, mechanics, doctors and dentists. And that’s just the short list. We collect ratings and reviews on more than 550 different services. The people who join Angie’s List are just like you — real folks looking for a way to find trustworthy companies that perform high-quality work.
Angie’s List members submit more than 60,000 reviews every month about the companies they hire. They include incredible details about how the project went (including cost), and grade the company’s response time, price, professionalism and quality of work — good or bad — on an A to F scale. Angie’s List members will tell you if a crew was conscious of children and pets, cleaned up after themselves or just totally botched the job.
